we have owned our Harris tri-toon for 3 years now after we purchased it from 1st Klas. We just wanted to thank the dock staff, the office, and the service department for all their help and kindness throughout the boating season. we are inexperienced boaters and each time we needed help someone at 1st Klas was there immediately to assist us. My husband and I called on the 27th of May to book/reserve a Boat Rental for the July 4th holiday weekend. We spoke to Arlene and from the first point of contact all the way through the boat rental return and close of a most memorable weekend, our experience was EXCEPTIONAL! A small business owner myself, I seek out "shopping local". Tom (owner) and Arlene get what it takes to provide customers with the best service and experience to bring customers back. The 2021 Crest pontoon boat we rented was perfect for my Mom and Dad to board and for our family to enjoy a most memorable holiday weekend after a crazy 2020 year. The staff who was most informative on the operation of the boat right down to the ease of return made this a most pleasant experience!!!
